ROCK HILL, NY — Assembly Member Paula Elaine Kay (D-Rock Hill) has secured a $250,000 line-item continuation in the New York State FY 2026 budget to support EverGreen Meadow Services, Inc., a Rock Hill-based nonprofit that serves girls across New York State who are at risk of self-harm or suicide. The funding helps address multiple acute needs by bringing mental health programs and services into the 100th Assembly District and catering to an underserved, vulnerable population.
